Tara Johnson is a managing partner at Beyond Property Management LLC and an investor-friendly real estate agent and property manager serving Blue Springs, Missouri, as well as surrounding areas including Independence, Lee’s Summit, and Grain Valley. She is licensed in Missouri and works closely with landlords and investors to manage and grow their residential rental portfolios.
Tara earned her Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University–Idaho and brings a sharp eye for design and staging, helping properties rent faster and attract high-quality tenants. She purchased her first rental property in 2017 and has since gained hands-on experience managing long-term rentals.
